This form is associated with the data that AcuFi has collected and stored about you. We recommend that you directly contact the third-party applications you use in order to modify, access, or delete any personal data they may have collected. AcuFi is unable to provide assistance in this regard.
AcuFi’s systems will permanently erase your personal data if requested, and the deletion is irreversible. This action may affect your ability to use AcuFi-powered products or services. Please be advised, however, that AcuFi will once again acquire personal data about you in connection with the new connection if you use AcuFi to connect one or more of your financial accounts in the future.
AcuFi’s compliance with your request is contingent upon certain legal restrictions and exceptions. For instance, AcuFi is authorized to retain specific information about you for security and compliance purposes.
