In the course of providing fraud prevention and identity verification services to our business clients, we can be asked for personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle personal data. By submitting information via the Site, such as contact forms, demo requests, or account creation, you grant us permission to check it and ask any questions we think are necessary to confirm it for valid business uses like identity verification, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of any usernames, passwords, API keys, or other credentials you create or receive (collectively, "Access Information") and for any actions made with your access information. You agree to alert us right away of any suspected illegal access or security breaches.
You consent to refrain from:
(a) violating any applicable law or regulation.
(b) infringing, misappropriating, or violating the rights of third-parties.
(c) transmitting malicious code or engaging in activities that could disable, overload, or even impair the Site.
(d) attempting to gather unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems.
(e) participating in fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing conduct.

By providing us with your ideas, comments, or any other feedback, you allow VeraFi.me a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and exploit the Feedback for any purpose without your consent or payment.

The United States is where we are headquartered. You acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection regulations than your own, if you use the Site or submit information from outside the United States. We put in place the proper precautions (such as standard contractual terms) for overseas transfers when necessary.
